We Thought We Were Taking a Vacation

When we booked our trip to Costa Rica, we imagined a month of beaches, sunshine, and sightseeing. We had a list of waterfalls to visit, restaurants to try, and sunsets to photograph. Like many first-time visitors, we believed we were coming for an unforgettable vacation.
